Corporate gateway Cell is dedicated towards proper placement of students .It advices students on career options and provides the latest information on training & employment opportunities.Focus areas are providing guidance, counseling and bringing students and potential employers together to acheive the best possible placement depending on the market conditions .The department looks after the interest of the students and the employers by providing them the necessary platform.
Objectives of this Cell
- To organize campus recruitment for final year students in reputed companies.
- To facilitate companies for recruiting candidates as per their requirements.
- Creating awareness amongst the students regarding various career options.
- To enhance students employability by providing training in Aptitude & soft skills.
- Helping students for summer training/internship programme.
- Bridging gap between Industry and Academia through:
- Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets & Industrial Visits etc.
- Coordinating with various departments for imparting value added industry skills.

Corporate gateway cell CGC -The CGC at DIHE each day works on to bridge the gap between their students’ aspirations and capabilities, and with the organizations who are in search of the same skill sets. CGC at DIHE helps students to find suitable Training & placements in various sectors.

Placement Policy
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Students must have a minimum academic record (e.g., 6.0 CGPA or above).
- No active backlogs at the time of placement unless otherwise specified by the company.
- Students must register with the placement cell to participate in recruitment drives.
2. Registration
- Students must fill out a placement registration form and submit their resumes.
- Registration may be company-specific or for the entire placement season.
- False information in resumes or registration forms may lead to disqualification.
3. Placement Process
- Includes pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
- Students must attend all selection rounds once they have applied for a company.
4. Offer Policy
- One student, one job: Once a student gets a job offer, they may be restricted from sitting for more interviews (depending on the policy).
5. Blacklisting Criteria
- Missing interviews without prior notice.
- Misbehavior with recruiters or placement staff.
- Repeatedly rejecting offers after accepting them.
6. General Guidelines
- Students should regularly check their emails/official communication channels.
- Students are responsible for keeping track of dates and deadlines.
- Feedback may be taken from students post-process for continuous improvement.
